Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

Health Priority
Our priority is to support the health and safety of our employees and members. 

Business Priority
Your credit union will be impacted by community practices related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will implement Business Continuity practices consistent with those in our area.  These may include changes to our operating practices.  We are preparing to adapt to many different community environments.  In all these plans, continuing services for our Members is a priority.  The reality is that it is not business as usual until the impact of Coronavirus is better understood.
 
Member Priority
We may modify access and/or hours of the credit union.  The credit union will follow the recommendations of the City of Amarillo for access.  We may also offer safety masks where appropriate.  You may see the credit union undertaking significant cleaning processes several times a day.

Access Priority
Effective immediately, all teller check fees will be waived until May 1, 2020.  Those who may not be able to visit the credit union will be able to call in and have a Teller Check issued as needed.  Your only charge will be $0.50 for postage.

 How can you use the credit union’s digital services?

  • Remote Deposit Capture from our Mobile App for check Deposits
  • Online Banking from your PC or tablet
  • Mobile App to access all banking information
  • ATM access.  Remember, all ATMs are free for the first five times a month.
  • Loan Payments can be withdrawn from any bank account via ACH Origination
