Q: What is Home Banking?
A: Home Banking is the internet banking service REPLACING Virtual Branch
Q: How do I use Home Banking?
A: You must re-sign up for it online. Your virtual branch login will NOT work.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Go to our Log on screen at www.cityfederalcu.com/hblogin.html.
Q: How long will Virtual Branch be accessible?
A: Until April 30, 2016 you may perform inquiries within Virtual Branch. This is all history until March 31, 2016. You must download all e-Statements by that date. You will use your OLD Virtual Branch ID and password to access the system.

What is NVDA?
